The AMR Strategic Coalition (ASC) is proud to release AMPLIFy-AMR: Advancing Multisector Partnerships & Leadership for Innovation in Fighting AMR, our second major report and a strategic roadmap elevating United States opportunities to confront one of our most consequential public health threats. 

 Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) undermines cancer treatment, organ transplantation, routine surgeries, sepsis care, and our food security. Without coordinated action, decades of medical progress and innovation are at risk. 

AMPLIFy-AMR offers an action-oriented framework built around five interdependent pillars:

• Protect Our Community: One Health stewardship, diagnostics, and surveillance across human, animal, and environmental health
• Protect Our Farms and Food: Resilient agriculture and food safety through innovation and integration
• Protect Our Medical Care: Ensuring access to novel antimicrobials, diagnostics, and therapies
• Protect Our National Security: AMR as a biodefense and supply chain imperative
• Protect Our Networks: Strengthening domestic and global data sharing and coordination
• All built on a foundation of durable, transparent policy.

 This report reflects the collective voice of clinicians, public health practitioners, veterinarians, researchers, agricultural partners, industry leaders, and national security, policy, and legal preparedness experts united under one coalition. 

AMR will not be solved by a single policy, program, or plan but will be addressed through

sustained commitment, adaptive leadership, and collective responsibility.
